Martin Ricardo Cisneros (@TheTechProfe) is a Modern Learning Advisor, speaker, GeekDad, TechJedi, SuperMariachi, and now an Education Evangelist at Adobe, from Silicon Valley! In his 25 years in various educational roles, he provided strategic leadership in anticipating and developing appropriate and innovative systems for future needs and challenges regarding the school district or educational county office information technology program and blended learning in the workplace and classroom.

Martin develops and facilitates professional learning on modern educational trends for the purpose of improving teaching and learning through creative and innovative processes. He has developed many blended curricular programs some of which have been adopted by districts, universities, and others that have been rolled out country-wide. Martin has experience teaching students and professionals at all levels including elementary, secondary, and higher education while working in the US, Canada, India, and Latin America. Martin has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Educational, Educational Administrative Leadership Credential, and is also an original Google Certified Innovator (Mountain View 07), Google Certified Trainer, Bilingual Conference Speaker, Apple Teacher, CUE Professional Lead Learner/Rockstar Faculty/B.O.L.D. Faculty, CUE Technology Leaders Network Lead, Leading Edge Professional Developer/Online & Blended Educator/Digital Educator/Professional Learning Leader, Common Sense Media Educator, Krause Center for Innovation Professional Facilitator, (CDLC) California Digital Learning Collaborative, and an International Society for Technology (ISTE) in Education of Alignment Developer for Digital Badge Programs & Education Social Media Ambassador, and recently, an Adobe Education Leader, 2020 CUE GOLD Disk Award, and The California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators (CALSA) Regional Administrator of the Year 2020. He continues to be an ambassador to various edtech platforms used globally.
